Our Vision
ACS aims to make a better future in our communities. Focusing on individuals and families to serve the underprivileged to meet their needs; to feed, clothe, educate, befriend and care for them. We believe every person can have a bright future, and we want to come alongside them to see that dream come true.
Board Members
Pastor Sabrina Chow, President
Pastor Sabrina Chow is passionate about making a difference in the lives of the underprivileged in Singapore. She founded Arise Community Services with the aim to make a better future for the communities by meeting the basic needs of individuals and families. She is also the Senior Pastor of Risen Christian Assembly.
Pastor Vanessa Yeo, Vice President
Pastor Vanessa is a Zone Pastor of Risen Christian Assembly. Being in the Food & Beverage industry, she believes no one should be left alone or hungry. Through ACS’s effort, she hopes to reach out to more of the underprivileged and the low income group.
Derek Liang, Secretary
Derek is a wealth and estate planner, with a penchant towards helping families setup their special needs trusts. He was also a long serving volunteer with several disadvantaged communities.
Jenny Kee, Treasurer
Jenny spent most of her career in the hospitality industry, serving with dedication. Outside of work, she makes time to visit the folks in the communities and care for them.
Roger Lim, Board Member
Roger works in the special education sector as a job coach. In his personal capacity, he shows his love towards others through cooking and meeting their felt needs.
Our Events
Since 2018, we exist to serve the underprivileged to meet their needs; to feed, clothe, educate, befriend and care for them. Our key projects include Makan Kakis, Bless our Neighbour Day, Belly Blessed and Arise N Thrive.

Children and youths are the future of our nation. Arise N Thrive is an initiative by ACS that aims to bridge the gap by providing children in need with what they deserve for them to get a positive head start in life.
Through various means of aid in the form of essentials, school necessities, lunch and transport money, Arise N Thrive provides support for children to enable them to focus on schooling and do well in their studies.
We encourage you to donate in $20 | $40 | $80 | $120. Your giving will go to support a child or youth in the following ways.
- Tuition subsidy: $20/month
- Transport subsidy: $40/month
- Meals subsidy: $80/month
- School essentials subsidy: $120/year

Bless Your Neighbour Day
Belly Blessed is a programme that feeds our clients one good meal a day everyday of the year. With your donation, we will be able to feed more people who often go hungry and suffer from food insecurity.
